Berrymans is not only a retail business, but also has a growing wholesale business, supplying shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants. One of strengths is our ability to tailor our products to the needs of our customers.
Wholesale
We can supply our renowned pasties frozen & uncooked to the wholesale trade, since we have introduced new production and freezing techniques. All our products can of course also be supplied freshly cooked. All enquiries welcome.
Cornish pasties
Our pasties are hand-made and crimped at our Pednandrea bakery, with meat and vegetables from local suppliers.
The range of flavours and sizes available has grown in recent years to accommodate changing customers' tastes.
Our cocktail pasties are popular with customers holding functions such as wedding receptions and parties. Parents also find them the perfect size for tiny hands.
Bread
All our bread is baked daily and delivered fresh each morning to our own shops and wholesale customers.
Our sourdough range and Italian-style breads are proved overnight using slow fermentation techniques. These breads have distinct flavours and great keeping qualities.
Cakes
We bake a large selection of sponges, cakes and individual slices, from our delicious traditional saffron cakes to carrot cakes.
Although we don’t make birthday cakes, if we have a couple of days notice we can provide a chocolate fudge brownie mountain, drizzled with white chocolate and dusted with icing sugar – perfect for office birthdays.
